Experience: Started his apprenticeship with Meade Bongers - Colac in 1987 and worked his way up to became a partner and director in Meade Bongers, in 2002 which was then renamed BDH Constructions with operations in Colac, Warrnambool and Geelong. Continuing role as manager of Warrnambool operations and supervising projects up to $9 million in value.
Qualifications: Trade certificate in Carpentry and Joinery, Gordon Institute of TAFE 1990.
